Hey ladies, how is everyone today?
I haven’t don’t a video for a few days and wanted to get back into the swing of things.
This means over the next few days I am going to recording a brand new video starting today with “Number 1 thing”. Each day they will follow on, such as day 2 will be “2 things” and all the way up to day 6 which will be “6 things”
Today we start with the “Number 1 reason why you have always given up” or not got to where it is you want to be.
Most people don’t know what that reason is and then start to blame others such as the program, family, friends, food etc.
They will blame loads of things because they don’t know the exact reason for not reaching the goal.

What do I mean?
Well if they don’t turn up the sessions, don’t take part in the events, don’t post their meals I will be disappointed and so will the rest of the group.
This makes sure that they do what they say they are going to do.
A great example is what I did at the start of this video, I said I will be posting a brand new video in this group each day this week.
This means if I don’t I will have let you down as you will be expecting the videos. This holds me accountable to you!
So this is what you need to do, go find someone to hold you accountable. They will keep checking up on you, keep asking you questions to make sure you are doing it.
Because the last thing you want to do is let someone down by not doing it
We have all done it in the past and all know how it feels to let someone down.
Go find someone, let me hold you accountable on one my programs, just having someone who is going to hold you accountable and get you to where it you want to be.
