I always use to buy food I didn’t need

when I went shopping, when I say food

more like treats or food I knew was bad

for me

I was especially dangerous when the

buy one get one free deals popped up

on a packs of jaffa cakes.

Boy those round orange cakes are

amazing and I still occasionally eat them

But one day, I went shopping and didn’t

buy anything. Nothing at all..

Only the things on my shopping list…

I couldn’t work it out, why didn’t I buy

anything else or even a box of

jaffa cakes

The following week, I did everything the

same as the week before going shopping

after lunch and again I didn’t buy

anything

I just couldn’t figure out why, until I told

someone else about it and they told me it

was because I had just eaten before I

went shopping

“When you are full, you wont want to think

about food and therefore only buy the

things on your shopping list”

And wow he was true, I tried it before I had

eaten and after I had eaten. The results

where incredible!!!

Thats the thing tho, unless you know these

things you will never get to where you want

to be
