I was going though Facebook yesterday

as you do, when I notice a motivation

picture someone had put up

 

You have probably already seen it:

 

No Pain, No Gain

Yes don’t get me wrong, you might see

it on a body building post or some

crazy fit lady

 

But I am not sure it will fit well for

busy mums,

 

I mean.. You have to be willing to get

uncomfortable to get the results you

 want

 

But if you are constantly trying to out

work stuff..

 

Constantly fighting tooth and nail with

your diet and using every ounce of will

 power you have to make it through the

 day..

 

You wont last very long will you

But there has to be an easier way right?

Than counting calories EVERY day

Having to give up wine..

Cooking separate meals for everyone else..

because you live on fish and kale

Surely losing weight doesn’t have to be

this complicated

Surely it doesn’t have to be one big long

fight against yourself, the scale and your

other friend who is losing more weight

than you

Because right now there are tons of people

feeling like a failure

feeling guilty that they couldn’t stick to

their diet..

Contemplating just giving up
