Smoothies are a great alternative to breakfast and take no longer than 5 minutes to prepare and make

Plus, it gets in the green you need for the day and working on the Body Transformation you want

And getting the green into your kids that you also want 🙂

Here are 2 simple smoothies that you can bribe them with:

1. Spinach, Cucumber, Mango, Kiwi

2. Kale, Banana, Strawberries

Simply stick them content in a blender with a few ice-cubes for about 30 seconds and breakfast/snack is served 🙂
