Following yesterdays email about

John and the reasons he is

overweight, it was clear to me John

wouldn’t do it…

The reason why, because he had no

one too push him

no one to motivate him

no one to tell him to just do it

Its because John procrastinates

about what he needs to do, when he

needs to do it and so on

Fast forward 3 weeks and he is still

thinking about it, not moved a muscle

or done any of the three steps from

yesterdays email

(How many times have we all done

that? I can think of a few times)

So what I have done for John, is told 

him to call me twice a week to give

me an update on where he is and

what he has done

This magically makes John actually

do the work or let me down

Now its over to YOU!
