I for one love chocolate!!
If you bought me a pack of penguin biscuits, I would eat them all without thinking twice
I especially love the odd pack of Jafa Cakes
Only thing is…. Chocolate CONTROLS me!!
You see, chocolate or high sugary foods do certain things to certain people
To some they get hyperactive and bounce around the place
For other, it helps them gain unwanted weight and fat
For me tho, it makes my face go bad again 🙁
So yeah… When life get crazy some times and all I can think about it a pack of cookies
I dive right in, not thinking about what consequences I will have to suffer the next day
The next day I wake up, look in the mirror and think
Why did I eat them all last night!
So whats the answer? Stop eating them yeah?
Sounds easy right? WRONG!!
I struggle to go 2-3 days without eating anything I shouldn’t
But have been learning a few tricks that helps stop me and help my clients
Here is one for you:
> Peer pressure!
We had Laura on the Southampton program post yesterday about this box of roses she had in front of her desk at work
She posted a picture in the group of the box
And we all jumped on the picture and commented to support and pressure her into NOT eating one
My comment was: for everyone you eat, you ow me 10 Burpees 😉
Of course she didn’t eat them after that!
