Have you ever felt that you have little control of what goes on in your life?

Well this is a big question I always ask potential clients who want to do the SuperWOMEN program down here in Southampton

Who is actually in control of YOU?

They first don’t really understand the question and say they are in control

So I ask them…

“If you are in control of you, what should you be eating?”

They then will reply with the standard: Fruit, Vegetable etc

So I ask them…

“Why is it you don’t do this then?”

This then brings about resistance and excuses including:

> My children stop me eating like that

> I can’t afford it

> Work is too busy to do this

> My partner wouldn’t like this food

> I can’t cook

So let me tell you exactly what I do, what my SuperWOMEN do down here in Southampton and what my UnstoppableWOMEN Inner Circle clients do (which is open to anyone)

We all plan the week ahead… Simple!

On a Sunday, we get a pen and paper and write down all the meals we can have that week

What meals will fit best around the times we are doing things etc

And what meals the family will like

Doing this keep you in control of what you put in your body
