You need to start BANKING ?

One of the biggest things we have been working on with the clients this week is being able to have a great Christmas

By enjoying themselves, not missing out and even maintaining weight ?

One way we have shown them is called BANKING CALORIES

The formula is simple, yet SUPER EFFECTIVE

If you didn’t follow on with the 5 Day Challenge we have been running the last few days

Then you need to go back and find the one where we calculate your calories for you

What you do is simple, you calculate your calories for the week

Then take 200 calories off per day, or 1400 for the week

So say if your 7 days is 10,500 calories

You then take 200 per day, 1400 for the week

Giving you with 9100 calories

Your aim is then to not go over the target for the week

Giving you an extra 1400 calories for the Christmas / New Year week

Which means you can still have a great Christmas
