5 Simple Food Tips For Weight-loss

Food can count for as much as 70-80% of your overall results…get your food right and everything can change

That’s why at DKnine Fitness, we try and find the perfect yet simple steps that work for you

Here are 5 of those simple food tips for you 🙂

1) Eat protein with every meal. Protein can help you feel fuller for longer.

2) Drink 2-3 litres of water. Water keeps you hydrated and fills you up, stopping you from making bad decisions.

3) Eat salad. Salad is super low in calories, which means you can eat as much as you want.

4) Pick a number of meals a day and stick to it. This helps give your body a routine and keeps you from snacking.

5) Don’t diet! A diet means restricting yourself from eating the food you want, making you want that food even more.

These are just 5 simple and quick tips we share with our “Over 30’s” clients that are helping them drop as much as 1.5 stone in their initial 6 weeks.
