5 Simple Food Tips For Weight-loss

Here are 5 of those simple food tips for you 🙂

1) Eat protein with every meal. Protein can help you feel fuller for longer.

2) Drink 2-3 litres of water. Water keeps you hydrated and fills you up, stopping you from making bad decisions.

3) Eat salad. Salad is super low in calories, which means you can eat as much as you want.

4) Pick a number of meals a day and stick to it. This helps give your body a routine and keeps you from snacking.

5) Don’t diet! A diet means restricting yourself from eating the food you want, making you want that food even more.
