Here at DKnine Fitness – Cardiff we are looking to take on Cardiff’s most creative, confident, dedicated Sales & Client Care Manager at our over 30s studio.

Our aim at DKnine Fitness is simple, we want to help busy over 30s find a community they feel safe, confident & motivated to achieve their health & fitness goals.

DKnine Fitness isn’t your typical gym, we understand what it is like to have to come home after a stressful day at work and have to cook for the whole family.

We get that most days you struggle to find the energy to do the things YOU want to do.

We get that you have let yourself go because you are now further down the list of important people in your family.

As Sales & Client Care Manager, your focus will be on…

Sales: Contacting all incoming enquires via phone call, social media & email, then sharing the DKnine core values with prospects & holding consultations via calls or online to make the sale

Client Care: Then, once a client has joined, to support & motivate them to reach their health, fitness & personal goals.

We are looking for a co-worker who is always excited about starting new projects as well as dealing with the most difficult clients and still bringing a smile to the office & team.

We are also looking for a team player, who is flexible in all aspects of work & motivated to help us spread the DKnine message into more locations in South Wales, with a Newport location opening in January 2022!
