This week we welcomed clients back from their summer holidays and the kids have gone back to school. Everything is starting to settle back into routine. This Saturday we are having a ladies night including an escape room, a meal and some cocktails! We also have a Nutrition and Motivation seminar and Yoga coming up! ????

We are also delighted to announce our New Gym Manager Lloyd, his main role is to make DKnine Fitness even better than it already is and to help many more Over 30s reach their goals ???????? After studying for his PT qualification out in Australia and working there for a year while traveling, we can’t wait to see all the amazing things he can add to the business with his experience and knowledge. Welcome to the Team Lloyd ????

Lastly, a big shoutout to our clients, each and every one is amazing ???? They all bring something amazing to make DKnine Fitness the place it is today. None of us are just Staff, we come to work to be the people our clients know you can cry to, moan to or laugh with without any judgement!
