Last week was a brilliant one for us at DKnine. We had over 40 people join our 6-Week Programme! We know it isn’t always easy to pluck up the courage to join a gym and this is why we do what we do. We are child-friendly, provide flexible session times, nutrition advice & full support. Here’s to seeing great results in 2020 ????

Heidi – In the 6 weeks, she has sold a house and moved into a new house and STILL got these results ???? YOU CAN DO IT – even when you think you’re too busy or have too much on. It comes down to how badly you want it, and she wanted it ????????

 
January’s TT Member of the Monthna  Katarzya and we’re only halfway through. We just couldn’t wait!  On Sunday she said ‘I have been 5 times this week, I never even thought I would join a gym’. Well done Kat, and thanks for joining us – we love having you here!
