This weekend we want to reassure everyone we are taking the threat of COVID-19 very seriously. After each session clients are spraying and wiping down equipment with disinfectant and washing their hands thoroughly. We have also provided hand sanitiser on the gym floor and asked anyone who has recently traveled to high-risk locations or has been into contact with anyone who has to remain home. 

The best way to stay well is to keep your immune system strong. To help your immune system stay healthy you are advised to: eating plenty of fruit & veg, exercise for 30+ minutes most days, get enough sleep, wash your hands thoroughly, keep up with your vaccinations, keep your weight healthy, don’t drink too much!
