The countdown to Christmas is officially on, the John Lewis Christmas Advert is out and we’re desperate to put up the tree but patiently waiting until the 1st of December to avoid gym conflict! Have you been to the Christmas Markets yet? We’re going tomorrow ????
 
Plus, Karolyn, Heidi and Sian have had great results this week – if that isn’t motivation to get started before the end of the year then we don’t know what is!

Stop Putting it Off!
Waiting until 2020 is not going to make your life easier. It’s just another way of putting it off. The same way you did last year, and the year before that. What would it take to make you start tomorrow? A comment? A scary doctors appointment? Why do you keep waiting and putting it off?
