In fact, we have Zumba coming up next week, have just planned our Halloween party and are in the process of planning our Christmas party. We cant wait!
This week we want to highlight some of our clients great achievements. It has been a busy week here at DKnine and we’re so proud of everyones progress- whether that be weight loss, increased muscle strength or simply being able to do 1 more sit up than last time.

We got Ian to hold 12.5KG in weight to get an idea of just how heavy that is!

She came into the office today and told us Mike had challenged her to something she used to fear and said “ there’s no way I’ll be able to do 1”
