Due to COVID-19 we have closed our doors. It’s not forever, we will be back better and stronger than ever. 
In the meantime, we are over 30’s body transformation specialists here to support you through this period of isolation. We believe the best way to keep your body and mind healthy is through fitness and regular online socialisation. With this in mind, we have created a 28-Day Online Programme to keep the over 30’s of Cardiff and BEYOND fit and healthy.
 
Why not sweat it out in the garden? 
Bodyweight workouts can be done anywhere and the weather is lovely so this is a brilliant opportunity to get out in the sun and relieve some stress

Everyone at the online coffee morning!  


On Thursday morning at 11am we had a coffee morning with our members. We did this via zoom, an app which allows you to essentially facetime a big group of people. 

It was so lovely to see some familiar faces and hear some familiar voices. 

We believe its so important to stay in touch and keep everyones spirits up. Everyone is missing eachother massively!
 
Everyone on our online programme!
Our clients are not letting this get the better of them. They continue to workout 3,4 or even 5 times a week with us online! 

Our LIVE zoom workouts allow them to see PT John and PT John to see them. Checking they’re working hard enough and that their form is correct. It also allows everyone to socialise with one another.
