This week we ran a great Disco session to cheer everyone up. The weather in Cardiff has been AWFUL this week and this weekend is not looking any better.  Do you have any plans? On Thursday we put on a free session of Yoga for our clients. We understand that starting a new gym or programme can be very daunting for some people ????You might be worried about meeting new people or feeling self-conscious. And so this is why we do what we do. We offer PT led sessions, nutrition support & accountability.

Here are 3 mistakes that might be stopping you from losing weight

1) You’re concentrating on carbs instead of calories ????
2) Aiming for perfection instead of progress ????
3) Focussing on your end goal instead of the process and small wins ????
