It’s quick: Just 10 Minutes
It works: You legs will burn when doing it
It’s effective: Your legs will be feeling it tomorrow
Set your stopwatch for 10 minutes
You will be doing 20 of each exercises, and then repeating the exercises over and over again until you hit that 10 minute mark
When you need to stop, STOP
Rest, grab a drink and then jump straight back in
