In case you didn’t know why DKnine Fitness was started
 
Let me give you a quick insight 🙂
 
We started back in 2015
 
100% focusing on working with 1 type of person….
 
My MUM
 
She cooked for us, worked full time, cleaned, took us to school… SHE DID EVERYTHING FOR US!
 
But the one person she NEVER did anything for, was herself
 
So when we started DKnine Fitness
 
Everything that went into the program was designed specifically for her
 
From flexible sessions times, where she could come to any sessions she wanted as often as she wanted
 
To food that’s quick and easy to make, and that was family friendly
 
Finally, we have the mindset and motivation side of the program
 
A part that not many people focus on
 
You see if you are like my mum
 
You work so hard focusing on everything else, including the DOG
 
That you completely forget about yourself
 
From small things like shopping in the clothes stores you actually want to shop in
 
To giving up for hobbies you love due to family commitments
 
Well today I want to tell you that you DESERVE to have your free time to focus on yourself
 
You see and please stay with me for 1 second….
 
You are the most important person in your life
 
If you are NOT 100% others miss out
 
If you are not 100% confident to go swimming with the kids… The kids miss out
 
If you are not 100% confident enough to go out with friends… your friends miss out having you with them
 
So today it is time you put your foot down and take charge of the situation
