With the kids all settled back into school, everyone’s schedules have become more regular and we’re back into the swing of things! As usual, we have welcomed some great new members and look forward to them joining our DKnine Community. Plus, we ran a free Motivation and Nutrition Seminar for our members and we have chosen our Christmas Party venue! ????
This week we had a Motivation & Nutrition Seminar with our Gym Manager Lloyd ???????? At DKnine Fitness We KNOW Motivation is one of the biggest struggles that Over 30s deal with. With Jobs, Kids, Partners & a social life, gym & food end up coming last. We teach you how to put YOU FIRST ????
