Last week we introduced MyZone to DKnine Fitness. MyZone is a heart rate monitor that tracks physical activity designed to make you feel good about your workouts! We can’t wait to see some great results ???? Plus we have organised some brilliant events such as Yoga, Zumba, Ladies Night and Mens Night all for the rest of this month. Why? Because we are more than just a gym ????

3 Things That Make Us Different ⬇️
We get results because we GET IT – we know you’re busy and need more accountability, so that’s what we give
Community – Training with likeminded people always helps push you, in and outside of sessions. Social events and making friends means the gym is no longer drag and turns into something you actually enjoy doing
Experience in the gym, maybe you walked into a previous gym and thought everyone was staring or someone told you that you would never last, DKnine strive to improve your confidence and make you feel welcome always ????

He want to be just like dad – Before Christmas, a member asked if we could order his son a T-Shirt! He had come to the gym with him a few times (we are child-friendly) and noticed the T-shirts and asked if he could have one too ???? Remember that they are ALWAYS watching, watching your results, your mood and attitude to exercise. Be the BEST example you possibly can, be healthy ????????
