Good afternoon everyone.
This weekend has been GREAT. We got the go-ahead to open up the gym on the 10th of August. Everyone at DKnine couldn’t be happier. Whilst we have loved running the outdoor sessions of course it is not the same as being in the gym.
So, 10th of August – SAVE THAT DATE.

They know we are going to be different ???????? After their initial consultation, they are left feeling confident that we know what they need and that we can help get them there. Providing classes so they ALWAYS know what to do and have a PT checking their form ????️♂️ Providing a space that is judgment free and full of like-minded over 30’s ???? Providing healthy recipes and meal plans to help them with their nutrition ????
